Not as big as the main stores but still carries a fair amount of stock, staff pleasant enough.

The way these people treat there staff is inhuman, there was a lovely blonde haired lady in the shoe department that served me she was very helpful and polite and helped me find what I was looking for, when I went to the till to complete my purchase I saw her being shouted at by management infront of other members of staff disgusting. Needs new management that know how to treat their customers and staff appropriately. Car park is decent though 2 hours free.

Truly awful customer service. Avoid like the plague. Pay a little more and get basic decency, behind the scenes and front of house

This is a big store so there's lots on offer and the staff were friendly.

Needs a complete customer service overhaul. Little to no cashiers available and staff who are on tills often walk away as soon as customers approach. On trying to return items, it's an exchange or credit note only policy. Order online if you can or try a different store, this one is really not worth the effort.

Store is okay a bit cramped and avoid in the summer the place is like a sauna. Management can't be bothered to fix the air con according to the staff.

I want to give it more stars just as it's local, alas... the staff are so miserable and very unhelpful (but then wouldn't you be on zero hour contracts?)... the prices of goods are higher than what is advertised on their website too. Trainers lean far more towards the fashion side of things to actual sport participation. Meh!

The store is hard to navigate round

Best selection of sporting goods, but only store credit for returns? !? Get with the times... If you need to outfit the family for cold weather gear, Mountain Warehouse's prices were unbeatable.

Pick up the phone guys, come on. You can't be that busy - I've seen you.
