Appalling customer service. Waiting for several minutes at the till, behind a lady sampling several perfumes. The person serving at the till was completely ignorant of those waiting. After several more minutes I asked if another till could be opened and received a very shirty response of, 'I'll serve you in a min, I'm just with a customer'. The lady queuing behind me then said 'he asked if another till could be opened, not could we wait for you to serve us' and received another reply of 'I'll serve you in a min'. The woman choosing her perfumes eventually purchased them, then to my amazement asked if she could sample some more, the person serving made no attempt to serve her waiting customers, did NOT ask if the woman purchasing perfumes could wait a few minutes whilst she served us, at which point the lady waiting behind me left. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, no training, no manners and I can't image how many customers have left because of this.

Shocking. Click and collect £5 off voucher only valid on day of collection. Didn't get told that only noticed when got home and looked at voucher. Not impressed.

I find that giving credit notes a bit of an inconvenience. When I bought a trousers and returned it within 20mins and given a credit note. Reason for returning the product is that I got a better and cheaper one.
Credit notes means the compay looses nothing. Even I didn't want a sports direct product after purchase I am now stock with a worthless 9.99 which can only be spent in their stores. Now tell me who lost out .....Me or sports direct ?

Waited 10 minutes for a member of staff, when no one came I went to cash desk and after waiting in queue was told to back and wait on the department, terrible customer service, if you don't like your job don't take it out on customers

Staff not helpful wanted trainers but left after waiting over 10 min then couldn't get a refund on car park

Went in there today with my nephew who wanted some goal keeper gloves, they didn't have the ones he wanted but they were advertised online in that store!!!

HATE TO GIVE REFUNDS AND WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO GO AROUND AND HAVE A LOOK U HVE TO BUY
