Poor customer service. Staff too rude

Very few things in large size only s m xl no Wonder their profits are down

Disgraceful and please dont get me started on there store manager harjeet singh how he is even considered a store manager i do not know very rude man he does not know the meaning of statutory rights so he tryed to belittle me will be contacting HR regarding this matter.

Great quality, great prices....very poor customer service. The tags were not removed and this caused us so much embrassment and the alarms went off thrice!!!!!

This also caused us significant delay about 20min...and we were at risk of going over our parking time beacuse of staff inefficiencies.

If we get a parking notice, I will take it up with this Sports Direct.

No one there to help. Very few staff, they should hire more staff. When it came to paying, they were fully staffed however all the staff very slow. Queue was building but it seemed like they don't care.

Product quality detoriating every day. cheap chinese stuff of poor quality being sold as discounted shoes. Even branded Nike, Addidas etc look very poor quality as compared to other uk retailers.

Don't buy anything unless 100% sure. This lot don't do refunds only exchange or credit note. They keep your money when you buy in the store.

It's OK but they don't have all the Varieties and the the staff quality is very bad and they are rude. That's why I give 3 STARS

Don't see reason why there is provided phone nr If in 20 min non stop call no one pick up phone.clearly very bad service can't even be bother now go there!
