rude staff. and they dont give refunds or exchanges unless goods are faulty which is absolutely ridiculous!!! so make sure u want it before u buy it or you are stuck with it.
store looks a mess.

service is terrible upstairs, 3 girls playing around in sports direct uniform obviously avoiding helping customers. when I asked for assistance they all looked at each and raised their eyebrows. the guy downstairs doing the trainers was helpful and smiley which is the only reason for stars.

Staff were slow. Also I ordered three bathing suits which were all out of proportion to be delivered to store and after paying delivery costs I know find out that I have to take them home and pay for postage myself.

Huge selection of sportswear and sporting goods but extremely chaotic at weekends. Too many goods can make the store seem a bit on the 'disorganised' side. A handful of staff are friendly, most of the others don't seem to be knowledgeable enough or friendly enough.

Obsessed with whos leaving the store & with what, on constant walkie talkie loud commentary to the point you cant even communicate with the staff.
Some good sales staff, hope they find somewhere decent to work as this place is appauling.
Go anywhere but there dont waste your time or money.

Popular products at a reasonable price and often they have sale events where you buy sports clothes and shoes and also other leisure products at a good price

Sport direct store is nice, friendly and very busy store. It has helpful staff and is good place to shop with nice range of sport products.
Between others, there was this '' Raspberry Lady '' with big eyes and great smile and she made me buy raspberry kiss (lip balm) for my sister and I even took one for my gf. As I mentioned, staff is well organized and have nice approach to customers. I think that must be good for the business!

Great place for shopping, two storeys and great affordable selection.One of my favourite store with a huge range of products .You'll find almost everything!
It usually takes a while to find someone to assist me but such a nice girl Yelena was devoted a great deal of time and effort to providing a top quality service to me, with great attitude and big smile. She found size I needed on different rail. Yelena's service was excellent.....absolutely fantastic.

Good selection and range of choice. Woefully understaffed, fine if you're just going into get something off the shelf but if you want shoes you'll wait half an hour for any help

Zero stars. I am a very unhappy customer. Return policy seems from the old industrial age as in 'we really tricked you hahaha'. Can't believe this still exists. If you must shop there but don't want to waste your hard earned money, I highly recommend you completely unbox your merchandise and try it on right in the store to avoid having to talk to the hand for a return. No need to be careful with the wrappers during the tests. Do what you need to do to convince yourself you have the product you want, because customer happiness isn't their goal which is reflected in their return policy. It's your money. Protect it.

Shops great, really friendly, busy but prices are great and staff generally go out of their way so can't complain, deffo recommend, Sundays are hectic but any other day is great!!

The staff is very rude and not helpful at all. One female staff argued with me when I tried to exchange an item which I bought online. She said that she cannot do anything as they don't deal with online inquires. So confusing as the shop and online both says "SPORTS DIRECT". Don't even wanna give one star...
