Staff did not care or know what they were doing

Worst shop ever been in.. Very unhelpful.. Was a stain on trainers which they couldn't remove and offered me a 5% discount non returnable... Joke.. Only pair they had left.

They sell cheap and expensive items. Overall the shop is great as they now have a USC collection making it easier to go in store than order online.

Good range of sports clothes, footwear and sports equipment and accessories. Store kept tidy and helpful staff. Competitive pricing.

Bought new trainers and 2 tee shirts. Great prices.

What a shame !! A young girl served me in the children's department for my daughters first pair of branded running trainers. She was helpful and advised me to take 2 pairs of trainers different sizes as they did not sell half sizes. I took her advice as she informed me that I could return the unwanted pair the next day. We returned with the pair that we didn't require only to be told that no refund could be offered and only a gift voucher which lasts for 2 years. I am sorry to say this wasn't advised at the point of sale and I was simply made aware that the rules are the rules and nothing could be done. Clearly I have been missold too as there is no chance I would of purchased 2 pairs in different sizes. Massive disappointment and lack of customer care. I have already made contact with customer services and trading standards as I do not expect to be taken for a fool. BE CAREFUL

I always enjoy sports direct. It is good quality and good money.

01/07/2017 17:10 I bought David Becham eu de toilette and the man which works at the shop about 30+ years old, gray hairs (don't know name) was really rude with me. He start blame me what i open fragrance pack. I said him he can check cams he can call police if he want. I was really upset. My friends who were with me was shocked of his behaviour. Never met people in England like that before. Shame!

Great experience today doing an exchange to change Fabric Flyer size ordered by my daughter in New Zealand on line for me as birthday present !!! Ordered Thursday Delivered Saturday Got bigger size Monday in store at Bury with great treatment from Emma and staff. Thanks for great service !!!! Paul

Sports Direct dot com. I bought my millionth pair of Adidas Samba here last week. Which was nice.

In December 2015, I was shopping in this store with my Mum. Unfortunately, I had walked to another isle looking, Mum was looking at different items. My mum has a very serious, life threatening medical. Condition. Mum tripped over an item on the floor and fell. I found her sat on the floor looking very pale. Female member of staff 6 feet away ignored Mum, offering no help. Imhad to ask for a chair and cup of water for Mum. No one asked for Mum's details or if she had hurt herself. ..VERY. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Wouldn't go in there again Bury Branch the manager she has a really bad attitude to customers and speaks to children with a bad attitude even by law she is nor suppose to do my Hausa and took items back she hid upstairs like a scared cat and wouldn't speak to him and we sent an email to sports direct themselves no response very good business attitude DONT USE BURY store
