Excellent staff member went out of his way to find the shoes I wanted.

ordered online. paid for 24 hr delivery which is a con . received email with tracking number but no link to track it. which is stated on there website. contact can only be done by email so its all computer generated emails that you receive back . wouldn't recommend this place or company all . i would have give no stars but didnt have that option. pity

Decent prices for sports stuff. It's Sports Direct, there's not much more to say.

I walked into the store this afternoon.

Having walked within speaking distance of three members of floor assistant staff I started getting a complex about being completely ignored, perhaps because I might have looked too old to buy the 'sportswear' on offer. One disappeared but two young men continued to rearrange a display and chat to each other as I stood looking at a rack of tracksuit bottoms, trying to work out what sizes S M L XL meant in respect of waist and leg dimensions. I thought, any second, one them is going to ask "Can I help you Sir?" especially as I seemed to be the only customer visible in the very big store at that time. Then a more senior looking member of staff appeared to see me as he came down some stairs but alas he went to speak to the other staff. If I was charitable I would say that they had probably all been run off their feet all day and were having a short respite. Perhaps, as well, I have it all wrong and it is I who should try to make them sell something to me. I smiled ruefully when I read other reviews of this store. Absolutely disgraceful, shocking unprofessional service, ok so the store manager doesn't work on a 'Thursday'.......how an earth has the assistant manager managed to work himself up to such a position with his arrogant, degrading attitude to customers in this Retail Industry. I will be taking this further via your CEO/Area Manager, how dare you treat me in such a manner after lying to me in front of customers and my 7 year old son with no word of apology on my precious day off as a busy working mum. This was supposed to be an enjoyable shopping experience, WELL DONE, commend yourself for such disgraceful service!!!!! Yes I'm the lady who left the PAID Nike trainers with the Assistant Manager on the 1st of June 2017 and walked OUT. Check your CCTV, as I say you haven't heard the LAST of this!!!!!

1/1/17 i needed to purchase some boots and was only going to be at max 5 minutes. The store was supposed to close at 1600, i was at the doors for 1547 and was told "We're closed." By the two ignorant members of staff there, could have at least spoke with a bit of manners.

This store employs very ignorant staff. The guy who was on the door on Sunday 23 October 2016, was both very rude and insulting. The lady before me had spent her money on a pair of shoes for her child. He totally refused to let her in the store to change them at 3.45. The store is meant to close at 4.00pm. The way he spoke to a customer is totally out of order. He told her to go away we are not interested. Come back tomorrow.

All I wanted was a pair of shoes, I was told tuff come back tomorrow. Then I was given the two fingers as I drove away. I will never visit or shop with Sports Direct again. Learn some customer service.

Ridiculously slow staff. If they went any slower they'd be stopped.
