Awful. Customer care non existent. Inadequate communication processes between head office & local facilities. Dob' t listen, don't care & don't deliver what they promise. Would have given no stars if I could.

Friendly staff, brilliant facilities in the gym and the shop is a bargain

Rabbit warren full o bargains! Whats not to like? Where do you start? How do you find people you went in with? When you got armsful of bargains how do you find the til? But once you do Why do you get mithered to death to bit other things? A bag for a quid, a cup for £1.50? If Id wanted anything else i wouldav picked it up with everything else. Oh and do summat about them eyebrows

Very helpful staff good bargain purchase

Went in for some new trainers and sports gear.
Was very impressed at the variety of the brand's available and the pricing of them.
Came away a happy shopper - all kitted out now for my forthcoming trip.
Service was excellent - attended to by a very helpful and chatty young man!!!

Young lad on till was great but as for his 'lazy couldn't be bothered ' assistant manager ( Stuart ) Oh dear ....
He was only interested in talking to his friend / girlfriend than sorting my concern out
The guy is a liability to your company with no customer facing skills whatsoever
Should be sacked ... fingers crossed

I like SPORTS DIRECT, shopped at sports direct 3 years ago, after shopping i had to arrange my brothers funeral helping my niece , few days later i got a parking charge notice of £60 i contested the charge explaining the circumstances but they refused because i was about 10 minutes out of my 2 hour time limit. I paid the fine, My fault i know but i was in distress. I have avoided Sports Direct ever since. Now i got a parking charge from the Range , i will be avoiding st helens forever and shop elsewhere.

Went to exchange sons Christmas present, wanted to change size 7-8 to 9-10, exactly same product just larger size. Granted I didn't have the receipt but the difficulty trying to swap them was disgusting, could understand if I wanted a different product or credit note. Still haven't exchanged due to the staff not being helpful, never had this experience in any other shop. Will not be shopping here in future, would rather pay a little extra and shop elsewhere!

They don't answer the phone....been calling for half an hour now and no one has picked up
