Staff are so rude!! Store Manager had the audacity to verbally abuse my sister when she accidentally stepped on a poster HE placed on the floor! And the rest of the staff found it hilarious. Tried to make an official complaint but just ridiculous customer service. Must find the store managers from the streets!!!

They always rob me. Once I bought a shoe and the label said it's £12, but I paid £25 at the cashier. (I recognised later when I got home and I didn't care about it. Anyway, this shouldn't happen to any customer, so it's not my fault.)
For the second time I went there, I bought a t-shirt with a £5 label. And I paid £12... (But at that time I didn't mind because the cashier was grrr)
For the third time, I bought 2 jeans online. The price was ok, but it came in a black bin bag and it looked like it's been used, but on the website it was advertised as a brand new item. It was hairy, creased and dirty. Never again.
It's an expensive shop compare it to the quality anyway...

Love sports direct can always get a bargain keep up the good work

Too much gear to look at in one visit. Prices ok not a rip off. like some shops. Will be back.

Poor service from when we walked through the door to walking back out 20 mins later. Staff ignoring us looking like they couldnt be bothered awful

Not sure about this Victorian Workhouse they talk about at Sports Direct? We don't live in Russia, if you don't like the firm you work for...you have the choice to resign and get a firm you do like to work for...vote with your feet??
