The prices online are cheaper, they will match the online price but have to charge £5 delivery. Then because you have in their words had a discount (even though you are now paying more) any offers 2 for 1 ect, are void. Staff are few and far between, maybe cos of the new modern slavery crackdown?

Not a patch on Shirebrook no service ,looking for shop staff very sparce

Waited for 25 minutes to be served, to then get someone to ask the member of staff a question and they went off and dealt with them. So rude and only 1 member of staff floor walking!

Good range of sports/athletic wear. Staff are OK but generally very young and not trained in customer service.

Excellent place to visit all under one roof I love it but more changing rooms needed

Would have been better if all changinv rooms were open also edging came off too step when comeing back down stairs, this could have led ti a nasty accident

Just been up here to buy 2 26" bikes to be told they don't have that size in and can't get any in yet at the front of the store are 2 26" bikes the exact ones I want so why are you advertising something you haven't got and apparently can't get or are your staff just THAT stupid???

My partner works there and she's never out on time they make her work an hour over to clean but doesn't state that in her contract..poor place to work for.

My partner was wanting a pair of walking boots after finding a pair, we then had to find someone to help us get the size we wanted. We found someone which there response was someone will come to you after waiting for quite sometime my partner went to look for someone again and surprise surprise they was all stood at the tills having a good old natter , eventually someone did get us the boots but he got us a size 9 on the box but a size 8 boot he gave us one boot and said i'll have to look for the other we pointed out he had given us a size 8 his reply was o i have a size 8 in my hand they must have boxed them wrong we don't have any more and walked off , o right so we don't want another make them so we walked out we never have any success there we'll carry on going to the Shirebrook store better atmosphere and always willing to help.
