great shop to deal with, did not have what i wanted , asked to go on line to purchace my kit. was utterly ripped off, scammed for my money, refused any help or assistence and generally treated like scum. shocking on line service and cowards hide behind telephones and computer screens, not a firm i would ever suggest any one ever deal with.

The store always seems a mess and a nightmare to walk around, The staff are mostly useless here and most seem to have a habit of trying to avoid customers that want help or to buy products.

I personally am not a big buyer of Sportswear anyway so it's really easy for me to avoid coming here. But honestly if you can go to other stores then you should because the Customer Service here is generally terrible.

Can't agree with the negative reviews here. I was dealt with promptly and the assistant was most helpful and friendly. There was a much wider range of stock than the previous branch I visited.

They sell sports stuff directly to you

Telephoned for a product enquiry at 1655hrs, phone rang out for 5 minutes than was disconnected. I cannot believe that all the staff were serving customers at that time on a Thursday afternoon. I telephoned the following day at 1130hrs, with the same result.

Terrible experience... open till 6 yet refusing to serve me at 5:31..

Great prices on a wide range of sportswear however the place is packed to the rafters and disabled sportsmen just cannot get around the store. Pain in the neck

The staff stood around talking and laughing. They looked at me as I was waiting to get served then looked away. I walked out after 15 minutes, Mike Ashley is not getting any of my money ever again
