Sports Direct Aylesbury

spent £120 and expected me to pay £2 for a bag to carry home my stuff, next time i am going straight to JJB sports where you get a free bag when you buy something. Next time give me a free bag if over £100 as i will never be back to sport direct again

Well what can I say ... I went in asked the member of staff at the little consul at the front of the shop to check my "table for two" river frontage booking just to be told " should have gone to spec savers" I mean how rude is that

I would rate no stars if I could!!! The manager is so rude I wanted to return a product which broke from first use but he wouldn't because it wasn't in a resaleable condition?????? I said it takes the piss and he started stepping to me to get out of the shop and followed me. Think this store managers a joke. Seem other reviews about him and he needs to be delt with

UNBELIEVABLY RUDE MANAGER - I have twice been into the Aylesbury branch recently to return faulty products. The first, being a fishing rod which had snapped after a day of use, was met with "what do you want me to do about it", by the store manager. The second product, some boxing gear, also which broke after 30 mins use, was returned. I took the product into the store, and the manager simply pointed at the box, gesturing me to hand it to him...no "please" or "I'm sorry for the faulty product", just a glare gesturing me to hand over said product. Part of this included the sand-filled base of the punchbag, which I, according to the managers liking, was out of order, as he asked "what do you think you're doing??"...having been refunded, we left the store, only to find the manager hastily following us as we left, and saying "do you think you're funny, do you?" and "you think it is a joke", just because i slightly heavy-handily put the base unit down on the reinforced glass counter. Incensed, I left, but my final word would be that the "joke" is in fact the disaster of a manager running the Aylesbury branch...and not a funny joke at that. As expected, when I asked his name in order to make a formal complaint, he would not tell me. Other staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be, far more so than the supposed "manager", who could not have been more aggressive, dismissive and repulsive if he tried. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 1 star is being kind.
