Sports Direct Cheltenham Gallagher

No score from me. Kept me waiting on football shoe section for 15 mins staff around. Asked several times if anyone could serve. One member of staff said he's busy on the other shoes rest of staff stocktaking. So obviously customers aren't as important. Walked out fed up.

Rubbish store policy, no refund, credit only, was told to bring the item back if wrong size, no mention of policy, also overcharged for item. Overall 1 star too good for both Cheltenham stores.:-( :-( :'(

Poor experience. Wanted to get something to show it to my wife, wasn’t approved, and bring it back and will only be issued with credit note... also, prices miss marked and fairly useless staff just says “not our problem “

I would like to apologise to the 2 sales representatives I rudely interrupted from standing around by asking if they could get me 3 different pairs of training because the right sizes were not on the floor, yes I checked before asking. Initially ignoring me, then huffs when I go up to them and ask for assistance and finally throwing of the boxes onto the seats when they come back were a touch of customer service I'm not sure will take off.
