Utterly useless. The phone just rings and rings, nobody ever answers it. Not just this branch, but the Guildford branch too. As it's ringing, I can picture them all standing around, gormless arguing about who's turn it is to pick it up. Totally unable to understand the concept of customer service, they just stare at you like you are an inconvenience. I don't even know why I bother, next time I won't.

I was helped by two men in your Crawley yesterday afternoon Paul and Robert.
Paul was extremely kind and friendly and helped me find the correct sports shoes that I needed.

And Robert was equally kind and helpful at the till point.

Cheap stuff. Hit or miss whether the items last though. Customer service is lacking. Staff don't really seem to know what they're on about (Horsham store is worse). Oh and they don't do "refunds" if you want to return faulty items that purchased online in to stores, they'll insist you get a credit note, if you want refunds then it needs to be posted back and you won't get the postage fee back. I tend not to use them after that. Id rather pay a little more and know if something goes wrong and I don't want a replacement that I'll get my money back. Worth it imo.

Rubbish no one asks to help no good stuff always breaking or ripping clothes cheap quality don't go here.

Ok, a bit big and super store like... some good things at ok prices, but not great.

Ordered something for next day delivery never showed up, tried too call two stores close to me and didn't pick up. Not a good experience.

Good points = Store is very big. It has a good choice of stock and the prices are pretty reasonable.

Bad points = Prices on items are often wrong. Items on hangers are wrong, lack of interest from the staff and the store is often a mess
