I never had any of the problems here written with any member of the staff. Everything was alright always. And came here more than few times.

Decent range of sporting equipment but the store is quite aged

Managers are not well trained, they are liars and can not handle complaints properly. They need to be properly trained.....Had such a bad experience with them. NEVER BUY STUFFS FROM SPORTS DIRECT!!! YOU ARE BETTER OFF GETTING YOUR STUFFS FROM EBAY OR AMAZON because all they are after is your money! They don't really care about their customers! The manager had the gut to put a bag I bought and paid for in the bin and told me he can't do much about it! Is that the way you were trained to treat your customers? To bin the items they bought ?

Small store with only one fitting room, but lots of items for sale (almost overwhelming) and staff everywhere trying to help you as quickly as possible. There's great sales all the time, which is great!
