Friendly staff. Good range. Better than few other sports direct stores.

Lots of choices, reasonable prices. Not that good service.

Everlast products are cheap on price but not last 2 months . Store force customers to buy 2 jeckets or trousers. Buy 1 for £20 or buy 2 for £28 it's just £8 so customers spend more and store products sell faster

Slow service
Female staff more worried about getting off the tills and if they broke a nail. Male staff rude so also slow. A lot of chatting between themselves and childish giggling. Blame customers for staffs fault.

I never write shop reviews but visiting this store is one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever encountered. Firstly the staff are very rude no manners not even a hello. The management are very unprofessional and need to be retrained in basic customer service skills. I would avoid and just visit the feltham branch as you maybe treated as a valued customer there.

My experience here was less then helpful, I went in looking for a new pair of trainers and when I asked for help I was pointed to the area where I could find them. There was no real interaction or interest in helping find what I needed, if I could give this place a 0 I would.

There is a wide variety of goods at affordable prices as well as brands. Customer service is poor as more than once I was left waiting indefinitely for the member of staff to get back with my shoes number when I asked them to check the stock. I won't be shopping there again.

The staff there were so incredibly helpful. I had a Spurs kit ordered from them, but it got lost. Not only was every staff member polite and helpful, but the manager went out of his way to have my shirt found, and delivered. I live in Canada, so they broke process for me and had it sent to my hotel nearby. It was there the next day, with no additional problems. I can't say enough about every staff member who I interacted with. I bought a few more things there the next day, just before I headed home. The guy with the funny accent is impressed.
