Mixed feelings with this shop. Their products are good value for money, but someone else pays the price...

Brilliant service at Leeds Rd to day no hassle exchange with no receipt really happy.

Went there so many times,Staff is always busy talking to each other,they don't even ask you for help,if you go bottom floor clothes section.

Very poor customer service. We waiting and walked around looking for a member of staff for 20 minutes to ask for a size in shoes. To find all staff stood chatting, upon approach and asking if anyone is actually working 2 staff members gave us a funny look and walked off. Very rude and impolite! Same on both floors upstairs and down, no work being done! Customers left to fend for themselves.

I'm Disabled and find very hard to get round in a wheelchair, there is just too many clothes and racks to get around easily

After buying a bike online for my daughter for Xmas, we realized it had a fault, spent all day trying to ring customer services but with no joy,thought as a last chance I would ring the northern retail park to see if they could advise me, within a couple of hours I had a brand new bike, can't thank Rebecca the supervisor there for her cooperation,I was so close to tears by the time I spoke to her, she deserves a pay rise😃

Big store, great prices, staff are welcoming

Awful service on so many occasions now that I refuse to go back. I have worked in customer service so have the patience of a saint but they're damn right rude in here, especially on the shoe department! They walk around like hormonal teenagers with the weight of the world on their shoulders and when asked for assistance they grunt and then look at you with horror, it's almost like I just spat in their face, not asked "Do you have a bigger size in these?". Honestly, sure there is nice staff there but I'm yet to meet a polite member of staff!
