Sports Direct Leicester - Thurmaston

OMG this shop is good but staff is horrible.
One time me and 1 gay we go in this shop after work about 17.30 but with work clothes!!
We go inside and manager which one it was girl said all staff to follow us BEACUSE she think we gonna steal something!!!
We spend 30 min in shop and all the time staff it was behind us !!!
I spoke with one gay : Have any problem with me beacuse all you gays have 30 min follow us and he said ; speak with manager.
I go to speak and she said I don't have REASON to watch you what you doing just why we was with a work clothes all staff was following us ! She think mabey we gonna steal somethink but she can check us by camera its not fear to follow us like that!!!!!!
!!!!!This is disrespect !!!!!

Large clean store set up on 2 floors. Parking is free . Staff are sometimes hard to find but when found are happy to help.

Miserable staff that take ages to serve you

This shop is a joke..... Stood waiting in queue for ages only 1 person on the till only to be told that I ad to go upstairs for returns.... Waited again in queue upstairs once again only 1 person on the till, when I finally got served she told me I ad to go to the end of the counter for someone else to come and sort my refund out... I was annoyed by this time as the reason I returned the shoes that I ad bought 3 hrs earlier were faulty.... Customer service in the shop is disgusting

Was not nice it being blasted over the tannoy what we had purchased as we didnt want to purchase a bag

The prices are responsible but very difficult to manoeuvre with a pram due to lots of things scattered around. When paying very little eye contact is made and very robotic asking whether you want a magazine or bag.

Reasonably priced products. Attentive staff when you can find one. Parking can be an issue when attending at peak times.

Good size store. Staff were attentive. Good range and good value.

Alright service and a good range of product. What you would expect from a normal Sports Direct.

Messy store. Most staff offer poor customer service however seems to be a general consistency in any store you go to.
