Customer assistance trying to behave my child..........Have they any rights to behave MY children ? Today I went this store to buy my 5 years and 2years shoes . Anyways I gave my 5 years a chance to choose her own shoes and dress with my options.when I was selecting my daughter ‘s shoes and my 5 years choosing other one.she took one shoe from shoe self.as copying her sister my 2years take a shoe from my hand what I was choosing for my daughter. One lady customer assistant she was organising shoes .......she snatched it from my 2years old hand. She was so rude that moment...,.my son scared . I looked at my husband face and gave a slight smile and facial expression.I was burning inside..........The point is ......my kids were just beside of me and I know what we’re they doing...... who gave her the rights to snatched shoes from my child instead of telling PARENTS ?

Discusting customer service. Please be aware of store returns policy. No money back only store credit, I am sure they are breaking the law in some way or defo bending as customer should be allowed to return product and request their money back not store credit.

The main problem with all Sports Direct shops is the same: too few staff selling too many items. This means you have to keep looking for someone to serve you and when you are lucky enough to find one, is hopelessly clueless about your question and almost never bothered to take you to the section or the item you are looking for. Price and variety is the only reason to shop here. No refund policy is another big problem.

For me ... experience , at this store was nice , with manner , pacience and quick . So ...i give them 5 🌟. P.s. the way you treat the staff it's up to you . They're human too , they're work , they're humans like all of us

Some staff where really nice and wanted to help. But others mainly the female staff where rude with no manners at all. I was trying to look at the clothing and a member off your staff acted as if I was a inconvenience to her. Another female member of staff barged her way through me and my child and then proceeded to give me a very disgusted look. I won't be returning to your store as your staff are just plain rude.

No matter how many times I have to visit this shop provide a worst service ever!!!!
Security doesn't know the law and very rude....
Floor staff dont care to help you....
Those who wears blue shirts are managers useless.
Cashiers omg its hard to describe how rude they are .......
This and entire Sport direct needs to learn a meaning of customer service, as now its like a pigs service...

Asked staff member to get shoe from top shelf and he said to wait. Waited 10 minutes. Asked someone else who said he'd radio someone but he simply walked off and didn't return. Went back to first guy and he said he thought someone had already gotten it! He then gets the shoe down, I request my size (7) he goes in the back, returns and says they don't have it. Waste of time, unhelpful, rude staff.

Very unhelpful staff. Visited on 4th of November 2016 at 1300 hrs. Asked a guy in shoe section twice for a shoe size. He ignored and started talking over the walky talky and just disappeared. Had to go to the till to ask someone to bring me my size.

Staff were very friendly and you will find what you expect. One thing that frustrated me was when I had to try on my shoes there was no where to sit as the seats were taken up. One seat in the whole area of the store for 15 people. I know this seemed silly but I thaught I will use the corner of the stairs so I'm right out the way but I still got told to move. WELL WHERE AM I SUPPOSE TO TRY ON MY SHOES There is no where, atleast not at the time I was in there.
Okay fair enough but do consider some more seating as trying them on standing up wasn't the most comfortable thing as I was even blocking the isle as they are so small.

Have tried to phone the shop with the number provided everyday this week about 5 times each day.There is never any answer. I'd like to know if they ever do answer the phone????

I've had very good service from young chap who works there,was very helpful,I've bought lot of stuff from there today and he was there helping me through out,Elvis gave good customer service.
