Sports Direct London - Enfield

We went when it was quiet and there were plenty of staff around but they were completely uninterested in helping us to find some shoes for our toddler, just mumbled that each trainer we selected was out of stock and didn't help us find some that were available.

I enjoyed shopping at Sports Direct in Enfield, I found the staff very friendly and extremely helpful, I will be going again, thank you to all the staff for your patience.

Purchased a PAIR of inner soles for shoes walked 1.6miles home and only 1 in the box tried to phone for 2hours NO ANSWER THEY PICK UP AND CUT ME OFF. I AM SO CROSS WILL GET MY MONEY BACK OR THE RIGHT SIDE SOLE AND NEVER GO BACK TO BUY AGAIN.

Usually busy , difficult to find staff when you want to try footwear, however generally when you find someone, they are helpful. Some of the cashier's are more worried about their make up than customer service!! But that's just certain individuals I suppose!!! Ideal for quick shop for holiday bits etc..Glad we got one in Enfield.

Was one of my regular shops but now I go to nike because it's cleaner and less cluttered.

You can definitely find sport wear.at.very competitive prices. However the staff is so scarce you wait around endlessly for service.
On the other hand the shop looked tidy and welcoming.

Poor poor customer service everywhere!!!! Bought something online, paid express delivery, and they send the wrong size!!! Complaint, email, Facebook. I did it all!! Not one answer anywhere!!! I just hope you go bankrupt!! Cause that's where your heading if u keep treating people this way!!!
