It's ok but customer service it's not ok

One member of the staff extremely grumpy and unhelpful, and rude. Helping is part of your job mate, do it better. Also, when you are at the counter to pay, the staff talk to each other which is extremely rude. Have a little respect for the customer and gossip when you're on your lunch break. I will never shop there again. Would have given a 1 star but 2 other members of the staff were nice.

Very Cheap stuff but the Staff are the worst. Strangely it's always new staff so the someone who is deliberately recruiting unpleasant staff needs firing. Service is terrible. Google needed another option for low ratings as just 1stars too much for this store.

Terrible place to shop, you get lost within the mess and disorganisation.
They need a real overhaul of decoration and modernisation.

Experienced amazing customer service from Kimberely! She came out in the cold to deliver my (extremely heavy) boxing set, When no other staff member wanted to help. She was more than happy to assist and was extremely polite. She completely went out of her way to help me and I suggest Sports Direct recognise her for this. Thanks again Kimberely.

Very dissapointed.in shoes department million of people waiting,and when I asked for a member of staff for help he answered I will get somebody and been playing with a mobile phone and even didn't get anyone!!! Very bad,I just dropped everything and left without buying anything.thats the way how you loose customers.good luck.not recommended to anyone,avoid!
