Good range of sports gear reasonably priced. Getting shoes can be slow at times

The staff never seem very happy, some are extremely rude. Never enough staff on the footwear department and have to wait a long time to be seen to but the checkouts are normally pretty quick with not too many ques and reasonable prices.

Don't know why they list a phone number, no one ever answers it....They lost the business.

Good place to buy branded sports wear cheaper than the rrp. Excellent deals when they have sales on. The only thing i don't like is the fact they don't offer refunds, it's store credit only even if the fault is there own !

Good discounts here on sports wear and accessories. I always buy my trainers from here as get over 60% off. There never seems to be enough staff to assist though and some of the aisles appear over crowded & narrow to me, which can make access to the rear of the store awkward. Well worth a visit.

Terrible company. Called customer services line 4 times, was hung up on 3 times. Eventually got through to be on hold for 12 minutes and charged £10 for the call! When I got through to someone they couldn't even help me. Wanted to exchange a pair of boots that were delivered covered in scuffs to find out that there was little or no option in store to exchange for. Never using this company again

Huge selection packed in over two floors but they need to turn down the heating.

Good value and selection but there are no mirrors around the store and the fitting rooms are few and hard to locate.

A brilliant place for everything sports from football to skiing and swimming. There is also an amazing range of casual clothes. Some really good brands like adidas Nike reebok and Goldigga and Soul Cal. Loads of warm winter jackets and coats.

Unhelpful manager. Bought trainers online to pick up from store. When collecting at store it came to light that the online service had sent the serial number with the trainers instead of online. Assistant got manageress over who was rude and abrupt to say least. I showed her my driving licence with name, address and photo but was still refused collection. Tried to show reason with her but she called security and I was escorted out with her telling me to call head office. Called them, they apologised and had trainers arranged for home delivery. No sign 5 days later only to find after numerous calls involving many "on hold" jingles and several staff members later, the trainers were sent to the same store I was ejected from. A full refund soon followed. Useless.
