Sports Direct Manchester - The Fort

Annoyed that they don`t refund returns to your credit card. Nearly every other large retailer does! Have nothing to do with the credit note.

I've shopped at this store for years and today the staff were the best I have ever met. They were pleasant, helpful and extremely courteous.Well done to you all.

Double overcharge for a pair of trainers amongst other items I purchased at The Fort, Manchester. Didn't realise til I got home. Tried for 2 hours to contact them and even tried the Arndale Manchester store but to no avail. Not happy that I've got to travel a fair distance to get my money back in case they don't remember me and say I purchased two!

I would like to thank Alex the Manger of the Manchester Fort store, he was brilliant with exchanging my grandsons kit, he went above and beyond his customer service for me, I work in retail myself and I know how hard it can be dealing with the public and people are very quick to complain so I thought I would write a good review, thank you very much Alex.

Waited too long for the trainers I wanted. Apparently the staff only served one client at a time. Then he just left without serving me. Other member of staff unwilling to help. Bad customer service. In the end, I left without buying anything. Also you can't get regular do from that shop, only a credit note.

Every time I go to this shop you have to search out staff to help. When you do get someone to serve you they are extremely unenthusiastic. Shame they are so unhappy with their job.

Staff not really helpful, need more staff, to much stock in the store which makes it very hard to look around. They do have some good offers if you can find them.

Staff completely unhelpful. You can be waiting for assistance all day but they don,t give a toss. Personally I wouldn't go there fir anything unless I'm desperate which is rare.

Usually the best for prices but sometimes you can't get what you're looking for. It's quite messy and there's not much space to move around between the racks of clothing. Also, some clothes are very high up so staff need to get a ladder to reach them which is inconvenient when you want a few different things.

Mostly sub standard products and poor quality of customer service. Staff clearly lack adequate training and professionalism. You might find the occasional bargain but not worth the effort.
