Rubbish unhelpful staff and the sell second hand trainers do not buy from this shop

Basically a dungeon; underground, no air con, way too hot (even in autumn) but fair quality goods
Get socks here every few months perfect for that

Good value, but far too hot to shop, no air con, no fans, no windows, how the staff cope is beyond me!

terrible staff, not helpful at all, i waited tow hours for someone to get me the size i wanted

High street sports goods and clothing

The young staff are generally great they do their up most to be friendly, polite and helpful despite working in terrible conditions, underground and with no air con it's always roasting hot and stale air down there.

The selection of sporting goods available in store is also pretty good compared to some other sports shops and anything you can't find in store they're likely to have online.

Staff are mostly kind, however there is no air-con at all and makes shopping here terrible. Staff work in the most awful conditions, the boss of Sports Direct in general should be put into shape

I'm in shock awful service with no air con... manager at this store is shocking he should be embarrassed at the stat of the shop floor and how awful the staff are... he needs more training in customer service. ... keep away from this store.
