They are very happy to take your money, but on returning an item the very next day was told THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS !!!!

Service poor....assistants more interested in chatting with each other than taking my money, but good range of products and well priced.

Am still reeling at the unpleasant, unhelpful and frankly appalling service this morning from a woman upstairs when trying to buy some shoes. Despite explaining that I was recently out of hospital and clearly in pain when walking, I was ordered to the back of the shop to retrieve a box for the shoes (which I didn't want)
Whatever happened to common good manners? I was made to feel like a stupid confused old woman this assistant would rather not waste time over.
