Sports Direct Nottingham - Chilwell

It's alright. Staff seem stretched thin most of the time. Stock is good enough.

Utter rubbish out f 9 styles of trainer they didn't have my size (uk12) & the staff were abysmal not helpful at all ! "If you like a style bring it here I'll scan it and see if we've got it in" 9times later i asked "cant you just tell me what styles you have in my size???? "nah mate it don't work like that" 1-1/2hours I spent. Then went to "Decathlon" there i was "served sorted" & out of the door in less than 15mins will never go to "sports direct" again (btw i spent in excess of £200)

Nice store but this terrible supervisor lingered and roamed. The welps name was Christy I believe. Short, white and looks like a rough sket - ruined my experience. I did get what I want though.

Only one assistant actually knew the stock. Badly run store, same stock in different areas, crazy. Seemed overworked too. Did eventually get one pair of suitable trainers which are fit for purpose thanks to one guy.

I bought shoes from here which I found a bit tight hurting my feet so I went there for exchange. In-charge there refused to do it. She said its my mistake to buy wrong number so I got to keep this or give someone in family. She was so rude and totally unprofessional. Her behaviour made me feel sick. Then I went downstairs to talk Manager and she followed me there and start arguments, justifying what she said is right, according to policy. Manager seems having no interest in matter. In disappointment, I ended this by taking shoes back and left store with grief. I been in almost every other outlet / shops exist in UK but never faced such like situation ever. Poor, Pathetic, rude, disgusting totally unwelcoming service.

Good place for sports gear, trainers, and everything sporting, brilliant discounts...... Just wish the top director had a better reputation towards his staff....

Not a great returns policy even when they made a mistake!

Worst place ever. I meant to buy a new model of adidas, two days ago. There were five guys runing around, but they said they are to busy at the moment. After 20 minues waiting, one of the guys said that he will help me out in a couple minutes. After 15 minues more waiting, I left and the guy asked me, the why am I so upset....

The thing is, if I want to wait for 24 hours for a shoe, I'll order it from amazon prime. :)
