Good of u to change a pair of trainers as I bought last Saturday, asked for a 7 given a 9 by mistake, tried on seamed ok till got home then realised as they were 9s. Thanks ever so much.

They do some ok trainers good price would like to get money back instead of credit note if your buying for someone as a present can't always pick the right ones also I can never buy two the same size as they only ever have one in stock we have twins and make' s it so hard if they want the same

I like shop and staff are helpfull, but havnt answered their phone.

Not a bad shop, staff usually helpful, keen prices. Sometimes a big queue for shoes.

Everything great apart from when the staff are forced to promote products / magazines which have no relevancy to me (kind of felt sorry for them)

would be nice if someone answered the phone
