Poor customer service even they forget to remove security tags ..

staff are poor and i hate having to walk all way through bottom of store to pay.

Ring up and ask for a football top in 3xl so I go to the shop that same day to find out when I get there they have no 3xl

Very poor service from one of the stuff just now. He wasted my 25 minutes for nothing ! It seems Intentionally. Get some good mannered people in customer service.😡

The manager is a helpful person,
But the girls at the tills are rude and lazy

More staff is needed as it's Difficult to get a member of staff for shoe sizes.. the staff are all stressed out due to large volume of customers and being understaffed, hard to move around the store as as its cramped and you can forget about taking a pram in as the tiny walkways aren't wide enough.
I do love the bargains from sports direct

1 of my favourite stores. They do stock lots of different items in 1 small store. Hence only problem. Cramped.

Good value for sportswear, the store looks like a real mess however.
