If you don't buy the bag for £1 or the other add on's you get a death stare. Layout of store is haphazard.

Absoloutely terrible. No disabled access upstairs, difficult to find staff, and only one changing room resulting in huge queues. I absoloutely hate going to this shop and will hopefully never return to it.

I spent £25 on a pair of jogging bottoms from the Leicester outlet. Unfortunately when I got them home they did not fit although the shop assistant had suggested that they would. I returned them to the rugby store expecting to get my money back. All they would offer me was a credit note. Apparently company policy is not to give refunds. This was not made clear to me when I bought them. Once I have redeemed the note I will NEVER shop there again. So much for customer service. At least anyone reading this will have been warned!

Helpful staff but casual and running shoes were mixed in together. Took a while to find running shoes that had good heel shock absorber.
The running shorts didn't have good pockets and when I found one I liked it had a hole in the pocket so I had to get anothet colour.
Also, the store was sooooooo hot!!!!

I visited Sports Direct last week to find myself some new running shoes ready for the summer, and also to get my two children some trainers ready for our holiday. The staff were really helpful and very patient with my children as they tried lots of different styles, also young lad upstairs helped me choose some perfect Karrimor running shoes so I could continue with my running over the summer months. I'm surprised at all of the negative reviews that this store is receiving, I visit this store often with my children and the staff are always friendly and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to help you out.

Great expierence! The service provided from the staff was second to none. I had a problem getting up the stairs with my young child in the pram however the staff were quickly at hand to sort this problem. The service provided by the shoe team was excellent they provided me with the right information for flat footed shoes and also took me over to the insoles that can aid the flat footed, I can now walk around with no pain in the world. Thank you ever so much.

Awful. My partner brought a pair of winter boots for our little one which were faulty. On taking them back the shop, the store did not have a replacement or alternative. They refused to give your money back & offered a credit note. So we had to fork out more money to get the boots somewhere else. She arrived and took the boots to the till to be told she had to go upstairs to customer service. My partner is 8 months pregnant and struggled up there to find no staff. Waited 10 minutes and eventually had to shout for help. A youth arrived and didn't ask if she wanted an exchange, gave her a credit note. She said we wanted an exchange, at which point he told her to go back down stairs. My partner pointed out she is heavily pregnant which did not phase the youth a single bit who refused to help further. She arrived back down stairs to find no staff to help apart from another youth bouncing like a kangaroo with a scanner in his hand who looked straight at her but choose to carry on bouncing. After 5 minutes and still no other staff to help the bouncing youth eventually wandered over. My partner told him to carry on in his own world and not to bother her. Eventually assistance did arrive and after half an hour she then found out the store had no stock , no alternative and no clue when there would be. A disgusting shameful store and staff that all need sacking!!!

Excellent range of sporting goods and really good prove. Dropping a star as the have be a few items that they did not have and I fine the store a bit packed.
