Worst Customer Service Ever! When going in today to buy a new pair of trainers, i had been waiting for about 3 minutes I see the man on trainers talking to another customer and another one lined up behind, I politely say excuse me, would you mind serving me after that lady, to which i get a reply of "There's other customers you know, wait your turn" to which i say "Great Customer Service" rather sarcastically and leave and say bit of respect goes a long way and get shouted to "F*** off!" and go to another store, so I buy £150 worth of clothing at JD and show them the receipts, which shut him up.

Please make sure products you buy suit you and right size etc because returns and exchanges are awkward.

Terrible customer service. Gareth, the footwear manager needs some help on how to deal with complaints as shouting at the customer isn't the best way to improve situations .

rang the number three times this morning.....11am....on a tues morning....no answer...rang and rang then cut off....useless and pointless waste of time having a number if no one answers it...how can you check if its worth coming to your store and if they have the item your interested in stock if no one can be bothered to answer the phone!!!

I have never been so outraged by a shops customer service, my friends 60+ year old granny was stopped and her bags emptied by a rude teenage jobsworth because she'd told a member of staff she was just looking (then brought several items) having found nothing after rifling through her hand bag and all of her shopping bags. Here I come with my godson and a young dog I check the doors no signs saying no dogs (mine is a therapy dog in training so he's beautiful behaved) and there's nowhere safe to leave him. So I take two steps into the shop and the manager starts barking at me. I calmly say there's no signs on the door and they don't sell any food so I think surely a he's going to fine. Once he barks at me I ask where can I put the dog safely only to be told it's not their problem, I told them it's a joke and he told me to 'go shop somewhere else' then I run into the bloke who accused the friends nan he accused the friend of being associated with a robber (which they'd proved not to be true) and when she said something he smirked. Frankly I'd follow the manager's advice and shop somewhere else unless you want be treated like a criminal for no good reason.

Manager DANNYs attitude towards his staff and customers ringing to make a enquiry is disgusting !! In my opinion he shouldn't be in the role that he is or needs more training to treat people with a little more respect !!

They have almost any of the basic sports and fitness related items you can think of and usually have some pretty great deals. Not a place where you will be able to get specialist equipment though
