Sports Direct Worcester St Martins

This must be the worst sports direct we've been in.
No staff on the shoe department but 6 staff on check out with only 2 serving. A couple of friendly smiley staff but otherwise our family encountered miserable and rude staff, mainly the females I'm afraid to say. It seemed disorganised, scruffy and badly managed. Other customer we saw felt exactly the same and even complained but from our experience, had justified reason.

Best sport direct I've ever visited

Awful experience, as this store is close to asda I had shopping bags with me ready to pick up a few grocerys on way back to the car, the staff done nothing but follow me and my 10 yr old daughter around in full force, for some one who suffers from anioxty this just tipped me over the edge and I retreated back to my car and hope to bed. Very unpleasant experience indeed.

I just wonder why on Earth this shop needs staff?They are rude, inefficient, suffer from attention deficit even sometimes try to prevent you buying things! Can they just be replaced by machines, AI, or sort of Amazon Go shops style?so you would have pleasant efficient and satisfiing experience?

I never had a pleasant experience with this store but today I thought I would give it another chance. I wanted to buy a pair if trainers but unfortunately you need to speak to their staff in order to get your size. At this point I realised why I stopped shopping here. The attendants where sending me from one person to another and I ended up stood next to this person who was completely ignoring me. Eventually I got to speak to their useless and unprofessional manager and of course I just gave up because I was becoming to angry to continue a conversation with these...people I suppose. I understand it is a low paid job so there is no choice but to hire low skilled people but this is too much. Personally I would get rid of all these people and just have the merchandise on shelf so that customers can get what they need and not have to interact with rude and incompetent people. Very disappointed, will never set foot in this store again and will recommend the same thing to everyone I know.
