Sports massage is accessible for all. We work with a wide range of clients such as office staff and manual workers through to those who have an active involvement in sports such as running, gymnastics, triathlons and climbing to name but a few.

Daytime and evening appointments are available Monday through to Friday at the Parks Sports Centre, North Shields.
Sports massage appointments are available on Wednesdays only at Bay Podiatry, Whitley Bay.
