Very pleased to announce that our new Milton Keynes store will open at 9am on Monday (July 23). Our big news has been creeping out, but it's time to properly announce that our second SBS store will be opening soon in Milton Keynes. The signs are up now and somehow that makes it seems much more real 😁 Our crack new retail team are in training with the Marines as we write 😉 Once they've recovered you'll find us between Topps Tiles and Euro Car Parts in Bletchley Trade Park (MK6 4AE). What absolutely amazing service! Saw some boots I liked but didn’t know what size I needed. Ordered two pairs of the same boot, different sizes, on their suggestion. They arrived next day as promised - this never happens where I live and it was a Saturday; I returned the pair not needed (no charge to me) and got a refund. All within two working, overall 4, days. Well done SBS, you put others to shame. Thank you.

Used these guys a couple of times but never had a problem. When I did have a problem (that turned out to be my fault completely) Sam went out of his way to make sure I was still sorted. Sam I want to personally thank you for your help and even after we found out it was my mistake (Dpd App issues) you still helped me out and ensured my order was changed.

Today was my first visit here even though I only live a few miles away. I found all the staff polite and friendly. Very happy with my new helmet and will be back again soon.

This bike shop is truly amazing! Stock, value for money and the unbelievable speed of delivery from time of order! Never known anything like it!

So initially ordered 2 helmets online they delivered next day great service, although I’d owned the same type of helmet neither fit comfortably. Went to the shop they were so helpful exchanged both helmets for a different brand and got refunded the difference on the spot great great service �

Over the years I’ve ordered from Sportsbike Shop a number of times and have always been impressed by the speed of service and delivery.

Recently I ordered a new Oxford Stormex bike cover to replace my previous one of many years (which I also bought from SBS) - after a few months using the cover on the bike I noticed that the tapes covering the seams had become unglued and the weatherproof aspects of the cover were therefore impacted.

I emailed SBS and Mark provided a free returns sticker, so I boxed up the cover and sent it off - and got a new one back a few days later! No questions asked, a straight replacement just as I’d asked for.

Top marks for great service guys!

Your service is second to none, quick speedy delivery and we even returned for an exchange no questions asked sent back and within days the new size arrived. Everything is off an excellent quality. Honestly the best customer service I’ve had in a long time, the staff could not have been more helpful. Had a problem with a year old Shark Evo One helmet, between Sportsbikeshop and Shark everything was done to resolve the matter and when it couldn’t be repaired a new updated version of the helmet was sent out to me. Just first class.

First time i have ordered with you and would like to say how impressed i was with you guys from start to finish, next day delivery is so cheap and service is impeccable �

Bought the Ghost rider HJC helmet got it on finance as didn’t want to have £300 come out of my account straight away. Was happy with the repayments before I put in my card details I ordered it at 2pm yesterday (Sunday) and it arrived at my house next day before 12pm. Well packaged and great quality helmet happy with my purchase will be purchasing again Thanks Guys �

Bike night was great. But for the amount of people really did need more than 1 catering van as the queue was horrendous all night And the sound engineer for the band didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing either. Apart from that was great

Bike night was good and great to see so many bikes turn up. Band were brilliant which made up for waiting an hour to get a coffee but on the upside got chatting in the queue to other bikers which I guess is the point of the night.

After looking at their website for a while I decided to ride down from Wakefield. Followed the sat nav (phone maps really ) and got lost ! Anyways I got there and I couldn’t believe you can try on everything just by using their in-house browser tablets . No obligation or hassle and extremely helpful. They have about everything. I’ve decided to get my order on line as I couldn’t carry on bike , again you can return if not happy with purchase . You have to check this place out , has to be the best biker shop I’ve come across in my 30 years plus riding ( yep I’m getting on ) . Oh and I forgot the snack cabin outside which is pretty good too

Recently bought leathers boots gloves and helmet from this place. Had a few issues with boots and leathers but went back in and was all exchanged with no fuss staff spot on could do with the odd smile now and then but fair play to them all great service .

Received a pair of gloves from this company today and they had a strange dust on them. Didn’t have my glasses on so started rubbing it and gave it a smell.... it’s mould. Lovely. Just what I want from a brand new pair of gloves. I give two stars as they were delivered on time.

Ordered a pair of earplugs with connecting cable. They were not expensive. They came with cables cut. I reported it and Sportsbikekeshop said they would send a replacement pair. Was disappointed when second pair arrived with cut cables. What is going on? Surely before sending the replacement you check them? Obviously not!! I am not happy!

Ordered a pair of Alpinestars boots for them to arrive whilst I was away, by the time I had checked them and returned them it was out of the 28days as I had been away for 3 weeks and they turned up 2 days after I had gone. I opened them and noticed the front of the boot had come away and because it’s my first pair I wasn’t sure if this was right. So I went to another bike shop to check the boots to find out mine were in fact faulty. So I sent them back. It’s been over 2 weeks and I have not heard anything from sports bike about my boots. So I call to be told they cannot just replace them they have to send them back to the supplier. Ok that’s fine but why did no one call me to advise me of this or just replace them and send them back to the supplier? So I have paid over £350 for a pair of boots I cannot wear and the man I spoke to on the phone didn’t sound like he was at all bothered about helping me and was quite rude. This is the last time I will use them and I’ll tell all the forums and groups I am on about this awful service.
