Best prices around and a huge choice of products we shop for all the family, can't believe the prices, I buy for Christmas and holidays.

As I went to return some items yesterday to find out that they don't do returns only exchanges and credit note!!
Just shows how much faith they have got in there stock. It wasn't mentioned at the time of purchase and no clear signs to state this fact except on the receipt which is a fat lot of good when they have your money!! Won't be returning!

Real struggle to find the right department/section. There didn't seem to be any thought or signs to them

Ok, but they never seem to have the thing you wanted in stock in your size

Staff are very helpfull but i find the sizes of the clothes very odd. The bottoms are either to long or to short.

You don't feel rushed at the Deepdale store, this could be due to the fact the only staff on duty are stood behind the counter chatting and customers have to go and ask them for help. Surely that's wrong.
I spent over a hundred pounds in this store on football gear for my son. Then the salesperson still wanted to charge me for a carrier bag.Took the sales person several tries to get the till right. Very poor service. I will not be using sports direct again.
