No toilets available and no public toilets nearby. A cold day and no hot drink facilities. They want you to spend and leave

Went today 26/10/17. Very disappointed. Poor customer service, rude staff. Be advised that they do not have any customer toilets and recommend the next nearest public toilet at Shirebrook market. When I challenged that a venue that size in the middle of a large industrial estate should have customer toilets, she told me they used to have them but they got 'trashed'. Prices the same or more expensive than the high street. Not worth the effort.

Best sports direct I've been too. Really well laid out, great selection of sports wear and friendly staff. Magic

Viewed a product online that was in stock at the store. I visited the store rather than pay the delivery charge being as I'm a couple of miles away. Only to be told that the product wasn't in store but in the warehouse. And if I wanted it I would have to pay £4.99 for the click and collect service. (And wouldn't get the product there and then). The warehouse in question is actually right behind the store and is their headquarters. And staff looked on blankly when I said it's literally 5 minutes for someone to walk and get it for me....So I went home and purchased it elsewhere online rather than put money into sports direct. Customer service is non existent and I will not be visiting again..

Although it's huge and you can get any sports wear you desire and it has a big USC store upstairs, it has NO public toilet! Nowhere in the whole industrial estate!
My son was desperate and they directed us to the nearest leisure centre in Shirebrook! Ridiculous!

Horrible customer service. By far the worst experience buying a pair of shoes ever.

Staff were cocky and not very approachable for help. Great store though one of the biggest I have ever seen.

Love sports direct really great shop for men, not so good for women, my husband spends a fortune everytime we go, cheap prices an great quality, lovely range of shoes an boots 😀 love the kids shoes,

Trying to call is impossible they don't care at all Just a tape then the phone rings and no one answers that is on all the phone numbers I called a good company to short I think
