made a few purchases with SGC before. mainly clothing and accessories. always received my items earlier than expected. and one delivery even came via express courier and arrived Sunday at no extra cost (didn't even knew they did that). have some great offers on too if you drop on. 5 star service and will use them again

Sportsman's great, courier useless. Orders have been accurate and fulfilled swiftly from Sportsman’s end of things. That is where it ends though. I have zero faith in the trustworthiness of their courier. DPD used to be dependable with great communication when Kamel was doing the job delivering in my area, and this may just be a thing in my area but when DPD became ‘DPD Local’ they lost the plot - I used to get a text giving me an accurate delivery time. Now I get a message mid morning telling me they will deliver some time between 0600 and 2000 hrs and then MAYBE another one later giving me a rough time which the driver is late to. Useful! The new driver covering my area signed for packages on my behalf, I apparently wasn’t in (even when I was within 10 feet of my front door), a package I had ‘signed for’ I found in my garden waste wheelie bin, and they found a package that had been signed for as delivered in their depot so I arranged to collect it from their designated local pickup rather than risk their delivery driver. Sportsman you need to sort out your contracted delivery service because since DPD restructured their services they are less than reliable and not always honest.



Edit: my last order from SGC was just undelivered due to my not being in.... DPD didn't bother to send any notifications at all that they were delivering today.

Rang the shop to ask some questions about leather gun slips, and was really surprised at the attention to detail I was given. It was if it was face to face, they took their time to explore all my options, also giving honest feedback about their products, even checking the label for product details for me. I placed the order and it arrived in perfect condition within a couple of days. What more could I ask for! #keepupthegoodwork �

I have made a few purchases over the last year and can not fault either the service or the quality of the goods I have received. I have already recommended SGC to a few folks and will keep on doing so.

I have bought loads of stuff inluding gun slips clothes etc .you will not find anywhere cheaper than sportsman gun centre.and delivery to me has always been super quick ..great shop!

I did buy a Beretta Elite II from the Dorset centre .. At home ..the magazine of the pistol did`nt work well and the spring came out .. I did send to the above centre..the faulty magazine and i did receive a new one few days after ..

I would like take this occasion for say a big thank you to Sportsman and all his staff .I `ve appreciated their professionality . Sportsman is the best gun and accessories shop in the country ..

I brought a pair of bib'n'brace HSF trousers as I need something to keep the small of my back warm when beating on pheasant shoots. The price was excellent. The good arrived the following day. I was so impressed that I brought a complete set of HSF stealth jacket and bib'n'brace the follwoing week. Price was still the same and excellent value for money. Would use Sportsman Gun Centre for more purchases in the future. Excellence service.

I bought two coats / jackets in december for christmas presents one of the jackets i ordered was lager in size than i thought it would be SGC simple return form let me get it back to them and exchange it for a smaller size for Free, the smaller size was sent back to me in less than 4 days excellent turn around time excellent service my first stop for all my sporting needs would recommend them the friends family and everyone

Great shop! Always helpful and knowledgable staff.. Ordered a jacket after Christmas in the sales the wrong size ( the pack had the right size on it but the manufacture put the wrong one inside)arrived but was corrected immediately. Couldn't be happier with the help received

Easy to use and intuitive website, made ordering very easy from my mobile. I especially like the detailed images so you can zoom in and get a really good look at what you're buying.

We ordered a suit for our sons Christmas, made a mistake with sizes but contacted you and was sorted promptly with no issues and new size sent out and is a great working suit. My son also bought a pull over coat and it too is great.

Purchased some chokes from them - took over a month for them to arrive but this was due to error of supplier - when they got them they posted them 24hrs delivery so can’t complain, also purchased lots of other stuff from them and always a pleasure to do business with them

Ordered a couple HSF rifle cases on line of which one turned up at the appointed time, got on the phone spoke to Liam who sorted it out the other one turned up the next day. As for the rifle HSF cases great product at a reasonable price. I shall use again

Have ordered a few times and goods arrived even before forecasted date. Thought it may have taken longer as I live in Northern Ireland. Most recent order was a Deerhunter Fleece and got it a day early which Tuesday 06/02/18. Excellent service can’t recommend you enough.�

Have made 2 purchases from Sportsman Gun Centre over the last few months. First purchase was OK, item finally delivered to my local RFD after a lengthly delay as even tho the item was shown as in stock, I ordered and then had to chase as the expected delivery date had past with no correspondence, where I was told they were awaiting more stock. However, when item arrived, was more than happy.

The second latest purchase however was far from satisfactory. Item arrived promptly at my local RFD, unfortunately the condition was far from acceptable. The box looked years old with dog eared corners, worn edges, the polystyrene inner section had chunks missing and was split where the gun had clearly been removed a number of times. The gun showed signed of numerous cocking and firing resulting in tell tales signs of usage as well as scratches to the barrel. There was also bits missing from the box, all in all, a condition I would not expect a “new” item to be in, or be sent out like it!

Have so far sent 2 emails without response and have now returned the item at my own expense and now await a contact.

Has somewhat tarnished my experience of SGC, which is a shame, as their prices are very good, but I’d prefer to spend a bit more elsewhere and receive a quality item.
