A huge рҹ‘Ҹcongratulationsрҹ‘Ҹ to the team from EQS Group who completed their 50km in a Day challenge at the weekend, fundraising for us and @cr_uk. The team set off at 6.10am and finished at 3.38pm, having actually covered close to 52km! вҳәпёҸ Viviane Joynes, MD, said вҖң50km in a day team challenge complete! We did it! So proud of my EQS Group team who dug really deep. 50km is the longest distance any of us had run/walked in one day (for some of the team by a long way). We held our 3rd Fundraising Dinner last night. The fantastic Spread a Smile choirрҹҺ¶ opened the evening with their debut performance, followed by incredibly moving speeches and the premiere of our new film. All this was interspersed with magic and smiles from our wonderful entertainersрҹҢҲрҹҢҲ
We were so privileged to hear from Andrea, who spoke about how Spread a Smile helped her daughter, Keeva, following her cancer diagnosis. вҖңSpread a Smile came along and they were so jolly and w...elcoming and lovely, it gave us the uplift that we neededвҖҰ..For Keeva, it was her one thing during the week that she looked forward to the most. Spread a Smile would come in and KeevaвҖҷs face lit up like a firework. It was like an explosion of joy for her to see something new and exciting.вҖқ
