When viewing motorhomes no pressure,you can take your time no-one is pushy trying to sell.

Great from start to finish and a big thumbs up to every member on the team. This was my first motorhome and there's no pressure with these guys - I must have looked round loads of vans before I found the perfect one for me. After sales care is also excellent - they really do look after you.

Just had our Autotrail Cherokee motorhome MOT/Hab and vehicle service done here. Great customer service. Great info and tips. Much, much better than businesses we have used in the past. Really pleased to have found them.

Just brought an autotrail tribute 736 from martin, smooth transaction, communation all through the process, Fabulous service from the springfield team, nothings to much trouble, go above & beyond to help,highly recommended, see you next yr for the apache 700( so he says;) ) keep up the good work..!!

Having bought three motorhomes from Springfield that should really say enough but I have never come across a company that has got its customer care absolutely right, that goes from the family owners Martin and Andrew to the staff that work for them. Nothing is too much trouble and the atmospher is wonderfull. When I ring in for a service or repair I only lyrics have to speak to Paul in service and I know things will be taken care of.
