a good cause not just for the care and support they give to poorly people and their families but for all the hard work they do to, and the shops that help raise funds to do this but helping the community as well with the shops

Words can not express how wonderful this place is. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The place is teaming with volunteers who gladly give up their time to help out the fabulous staff. Couldn t ask for a better environment for dad to be cared for in. Truely amazing. X

Wonderful place, my husband was only in for a short time before he passed away, but what treatment he received was first class, and how our family was attended to was so respectful, such a peaceful and comforting place , xxx

What can I say except thankyou, my beautiful mum (Kathleen) Catherine Harkin passed 5/4/17 and in your hands she felt safe and cared for. I will always be grateful to the staff for helping us all through this very difficult time.

Up until this week I had never entered a hospice. This week my mother in law has been in for respite. I would just like to thank all the staff for everything they did towards my mother in law's care. Also unexpectedly our overnight stay in the guest room. This hospice is such a calming and beautiful place where you are never rushed or made to feel as if you shouldn't be there. I cannot praise it enough. Thank you to everyone sincerely from the bottom of my heart.

This place is amazing & I can't put into words how great the staff & volunteers are....proper stars!! Mums been in hospital for 7 months & was in no rush to go back in but she jumped at the chance to come here & she loves it....the care & attention she gets is outstanding & they are great with all the family too, we have a family room so we can stay over night & kids are always welcome. I would recommend Spring Hill Hospice to anyone xx

The most humane way to depart from this world. Our shelly michelle tweedale spent her last few weeks here and was treated as we was with such dedication and love from the staff that words are never enough to show our gratitude to the staff and management. And the food what chris the cook and the other staff made is first class. To sum it up, its like going to heaven before you depart. Thankyou to all who looked after us. Pete Xxx

My mum spent the last week of her life in this amazing place,from the minute we entered the door it felt right.Everyone was friendly and welcoming and you felt at home.My mum said she felt safe here which was enough for me .Every single member of staff are amazing they took over the medical stuff to give my family the time to make them last few memories .You are looked after as a family and right up to the end my mum was treated with the utmost respect and we knew everything as it happened which took the scariness away because we understood. When she passed away peacefully with us by her side we sat with her and cried and laughed without being rushed out.The rose room is a hidden gem within this glorious place it was lovely to spend time in there with her saying my goodbyes.From the bottom of my heart I send the biggest thank you to all of you xxxxx

My mum spent the last few days of her life here.. she and ourselves was treated fantastic the staff cannot do enough they are angels... I can tell express in words how they made us feel but that last day much respect was given to our mum we can never thank them enough .

My mum ,Alice Clegg spent the last 2 weeks of her life here. She was looked after with care and dedication by wonderful staff. Even after mum passed ,the care and sensitivity shown by staff as we were taken to the Rose room to say goodbye was touching. The nurse knocked on the door before entering , there was a rose on the pillow and we were left to quietly say our goodbye.

A wonderful place ,dedicated caring,professional staff.Not a sad place ,everyone smiles and spirits are kept as high as possible. Thank you!

My brother spent his last few days here almost 2 years ago and from the minute we arrived all the family were made welcome and you could see the relief in my brother of being somewhere so peaceful rather than hospital xxx They are amazing people and a truly wonderful charity xx

It is difficult to put into words how amazing this place is. We brought my mum here at the end of her life and she instantly felt safe. Every single member of the team looked after her with care and dedication they really are angels.

I can't thank you enough how much I appreciate the love & care you gave to my grandad ( wilf renfrey) on his final journey, not only did you look after him with dignity & respect, but you found time to make sure that we, as a family had everything we needed, to stay by his side. So thank you from the bottom of my heart.

First time entering a hospice yesterday dropping our good friend off for respite stay its such a calming place and from walking through the door the staff are so welcoming and make you feel at ease they all deserve a medal for the hardwork they put into everything they do

Can't begin to describe the way in which the staff and volunteers here, have made our families time with our precious daughter, sister and cousins final moments truly one of peace. You are all a credit to yourselves. From all our family and friends a very big thankyou........

Amazing place! Looked after my Grandad so well and gave him such a lovely time during his stay made him smile so much! I also enjoyed staying there with him! As a family we are so grateful for you lovely people you helped ease our pain! Thank you so much! Xxx
