Squires Kitchen’s Annual Cake Decorating, Chocolate and Sugarcraft Exhibition is one of the most anticipated events in the cake lover’s calendar, celebrating everything to do with the amazing art of cake decorating, chocolate and sugarcraft. The three-day event in March attracts thousands of enthusiasts to Farnham, Surrey from all over the world who come to see displays, watch demonstrations, discover new trends and techniques, buy the latest products and learn more about their favourite pastime or profession.

Squires Kitchen International School has been teaching the art of cake decorating and sugarcraft since 1987 and is now the leading independent school of its kind in the UK. Courses from the basics of beautiful baking to mastering the art of cake decorating, chocolate and sugarcraft are taught at The Grange, a stunning Georgian-style building in Farnham, Surrey, just behind the shop. The cookery school opened in September 2010, with a fully equipped room complete with state-of-the-art appliances from Smeg. Students from all over the world learn from leading names in the industry who share their expert knowledge and experience, giving them the skills and confidence to take their interest to the next level.
