A trip down to Dereham, Norfolk today to collect a project Aprilia RS50 for a customer. A fair bit of adverse weather made for some interesting moments!
A lovely morning run down to Ashbourne in the Derbyshire Peak District today, to collect this stunning 1997 Honda VFR750, 1 owner and less than 7000 miles from new...a future classic???
Storm Ciara looms within leadened skies above the north road to Inverness
A couple from out in the rain today, an R1 and a 125 Burgman both recovered to York Suzuki Centre for a few jobs doing
I've been getting about again, down to Wimbourne in Dorset today to bring a Harley Fat Bob back to East Yorkshire....on about Mr. Noisey!!!...open slash cut pipes...
A nice local job today to collect this lovely Lambretta 225...Nice crackly pipe on it too!!!
It was an absolute honour to be entrusted to transport this wonderful 1966 Triton 750 today...a superb peice of engineering....coming up for auction at Spicers Auctioneers on 14th March 2020
A run up to Inverness yesterday with a lovely Triumph Explorer a mint Honda CB125...a lovely run up but a a real battering on the way back by storm Ciara!
A job from earlier today, A1237 York ring road. Just one of the multitude of accidents in York this morning. Thankfully the rider was ok...go careful out there!
A really unusual pair of 125's on the van today, a CZ 125 sports with a gear lever-cum-kickstart and a Mash 125 with only 67 miles on the clock!
M62 today...one of them bone jolting bumps on the motorway dislodged this artic trailer tool locker, by the time he got pulled up it had gone underneath the trailer and done a lot of damage...
A mobile treasure trove yesterday!...I was contracted to move a lovely collection of small motorcycles for a customer wo had just purchased the collection. All were in superb condition and in running order. Two Francis Barnett's, an Excelsior, a James Comet and a curious little Moto Minarelli 50cc racer. As usual here at SRCoupland, everyting was gently fastened down correctly with a spiders web of rated straps, wheel traps and bar straps, it's easy to mark paintwork and damage these delicate old bikes, some of which are little more than a push bike with an engine in!
A little Yamaha 125 with a broken chain, (and a loud pipe!), plucked from the A168 had a ride back up north last night, A punctured Suzuki GS125 needed a ride in the van earlier too...
Lovely!!!
