The Lily Foundation offers hope, answers and support to those that face the challenges of mitochondrial disease. There is no cure for this disease which is for many, debilitating and life limiting. Sadly, Carl's goddaughter Grace lost her life at just three years old to mitochondrial disease earlier this year.

On Saturday we are heading to the Blenheim Palace Horse Trials, I can’t wait to watch the cross country and end up walking miles! The kids will enjoy the face painting and BMX displays, ... The non-horsey folk will be found wining and dining, soaking up the rays. We will visit Tractor Ted and have a go at dog agility, Then we will shop ‘til we drop to the best of our ability! On Saturday we are heading to Blenheim Palace Horse Trials, With something for everyone, we know we will leave with big smiles.

The Cherwell Valley Riding Club will be joining us in the Attractions Arena on Friday 14th September and will be performing their quadrille ride of the Valkyries theme this year.

Due to the unfortunate weather we have had during the 2018 eventing season, we are aware that many competitors have not had as many runs as they would usually by this time of year. Therefore, we are offering the final available places in the individual eventer challenge competitions (90 and 100cm) to combinations with eight foundation points or more, achieved between 1st August 2017 and 7th August 2018.
We also have a few spaces remaining in the Riding Club and Pony Club 100...cm classes!
Entries for the for the remaining places in all eventer challenge classes will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

The official event campsite is situated a short walk from the core event site and offers showers and lavatories. The campsite is open from 9am on Wednesday 12th September until 12noon on Monday 17th September.
Caravans, motorhomes, horseboxes and tents are all welcome and electrical hook up can be booked if required.
... A campsite pitch selection tool has also been introduced which means that you can pinpoint exactly where you would like to be and reserve a numbered plot.

This new and exciting display in the attraction arena will be close to many rider’s hearts. Ginny Oakley Pope is an international judge and trainer and taught the Thames Valley Police horses and riders for 20 years.
This experience has aided her greatly in helping riders who have confidence issues and in how to deal with the “spooky” unfocused horse. Riders and horses will be working with Ginny to show methods of training to help the partnership overcome fears and issues whi...ch we all may experience in our day to day riding or during competition.
