We celebrated St Aidan’s day with a parish BBQ and enjoyed fellowship, fun and a feast. Thanks to all who shopped, baked, chopped, sliced, washed, served and to Fr Keith for taming the mighty gas barbecue.
Sung Eucharist at 9.45 tomorrow and the hymns are a cracking good sing.
A wee reminder for next Saturday, free with a retiring collection, bring a friend to enjoy the Border Concert Band in full flight.

Liturgy of the Passion today at 1.30
Join us for this combined walk of witness on Good Friday at 5.30. St Aidan’s folk join the procession as it passes Broad Street. Wear Comfy shoes but there’s a bus available too.
A quiet, meditative reflection on the way of the cross, interspersed with verses of hymns. Take 45 minutes to pause with us tomorrow evening starts at 7.00pm
Thank you to the Dalston Male Voice Choir who treated us to a fine concert last night Conducted by Michael Deakin and also well done to their guest soloist baritone Jonathan Hill. We look forward to seeing you all again.
