Excellent bike knowledge and very helpful, his workshop skills are amazing.

Decent shop, although I find the guy that works there very patronising towards those of us who just need a bike to get from A to B and haven't had a chance to become self sufficient experts.

I have been using St. Albans cycles for 20 years. I find them friendly, trustworthy, expert and reliable and I enjoy dealing with them.

I race a bit, ride audax, commute, race CX, TT and have done a little Triathlon, so fair to say I'm an enthusiast. St Albans cycles may not have the floor space and stock of the major chains, but it's my favourite shop as the advice is always sound and the workmanship exceptional.
Basically a great family run business that I trust with all my bike questions and needs.
