We stayed at the Dunes apartment for 3 nights this week and it was fantastic. A beautifully appointed apartment, scrupulously clean and some lovely treats waiting for us! Booking and checking in was very easy and the apartment was so well kitted out you really just need to bring yourself and a few clothes. Loved it and hope to be back again soon!

We rented a beach hut for the day for my 40th birthday this week, it was our first visit and perfect!! Excellent value for money and facilities - and would love to come back and do it all again - cherished memories - thanks so much, definitely recommended x x x

We have just spent a fantastic family day in a beach hut - our second visit and definitely not our last. I can't recommend them highly enough. A little home from home right on the beach front and a great base to explore the surrounding area.

We have had the most relaxing few days, the apartment was gorgeous!!! It was the small gestures that made us smile such as the biscuits, cake and wine.

We also rented the beach hut for 2 days, we were so lucky with the weather which made it great however if the weather isn't great the beach hut has everything you could need.



This was our second visit and we really do love it here, can't wait to come again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartments; beautifully furnished; exceptionally clean; ideal location- especially for relaxing and just watching the sea. Lots of attention to detail and little extras. Will definitely stay here again.

Spent the weekend in Dunes, absolutely beautiful property. The apartments are luxurious yet homely and every detail has been carefully thought out. Everything was spotlessly clean, the fixtures and fittings are fresh and modern, and we loved how bright the whole apartment was. We will most definitely be returning. Just returned from a lovely week at the beach apartments. I really can't praise the owners or the apartments highly enough.

This was a big week for us as my father has been very poorly for the last year. He is on oxygen and has limited mobility so this really was a much needed holiday for him and my mum.

We stayed in the seagrass apartment on the ground floor which was accessible by wheelchair to the front door. We did even manage to get the wheelchair into the living area. Then everything is within a short walking distance for someone with limited mobility. The bathroom is a wet room so perfect.

There is plenty of room in the master bedroom and as 2 adults we managed very well in the second bedroom.

It was lovely to arrive to find fresh bread, butter, milk and wine!!

We had to have oxygen delivered and this was not a problem and was arranged very easily with the owners. Nothing was too much trouble.

We were lucky enough to have a beach Hut on the nicest day of the week which was also our silver wedding anniversary so family came to join us. We had a brilliant day. The beach huts are such a luxury to have. It was brilliant for dad as there were just 2 small steps in and then he could sit comfortably inside.

We ordered a cake through the owners and ordered afternoon tea to be delivered to the Hut from one of the recommended caterers on the website -too nice too slice. It was brilliant very fresh and delivered promptly. It was delicious and there wasn't a crumb left!!



In short these apartments are brilliant and certainly we would recommend the seagrass apartment as being suitable for someone with limited mobility.

Just returned from a fabulous few days staying in no 2 Seagrass . The apartment was fantastic and the welcome goodies were delicious.

Just left after a weekend stay with family in two of the apartments Seagrass and Pebbles on the ground floor. Wow wow wow !!!!. Beautiful apartments/decor. Spotless and clean. The owners and staff are first class/friendly people. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect. If you are like me and read reviews before booking. Look no further if you want 5star quality apartments �����.

Just had a couple of nights staying at Shoreline apartment. Absolutely loved it. The apartment was gorgeous and spotless. The welcome goodies were delicious and just loved the decor and all the thoughtful little touches. The beds were so comfy. Can’t wait to go again!

Just got back from a weekend at the apartments , they are really stunning , we felt very at home . The apartments are done to a very high standard with lots of little personal touches . We also had the beach huts for 2 days I would highly recommend this , it was good old fashioned fun at its best , even the huts are beautiful , the kids played on the beach for hours we had fish and chips delivered from seafarers and a lovely afternoon tea delivered to the huts from Alice's tea rooms . I have just returned from a weekend at the apartments. Absolutely stunning. Kitchen is well equipped and the coffee machine was a lovely touch. Plenty of cooking utensils and of course a much needed dishwasher. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and the apartment is furnished to a very standard. We stayed as a party of four adults and had plenty of room. We also had use of the beach hut. Despite the cold January weather, we had a brilliant time. We will definitely be returning here �

Have arrived home after a fantastic few days at the Shoreline apartment. The apartment is beautiful done and nothing was to much from Zoe and her team. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise after our 5hr journey up there.

We will definitely be staying again when we next visit St.Annes.
