Join us every Sunday at 10. 00am. Sunday School during term time. Morning Prayer at 09. 00 Tuesday to Friday, Evening Prayer 5 pm Tuesday to Friday.
St Augustine'S Gillingham Description
St Augustine's is a Church of England church at the top of Rock Avenue in Gillingham and is part of the Diocese of Rochester. We serve an area around the A2 from the top of Chatham Hill to around the Honourable Pilot pub including the Darland estate and Gillingham Business Park.
We have friendship and fellowship groups which meet regularly; we also host the local Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Rainbows, Brownies and Guides groups.

Ash Wednesday service - 9.30am in Church, Place of Welcome from 9am - 11am will take place in Church room, Healthwatch will be attending too during this time, park up and come and ask for your visitor car park permit.
Tomorrow is Shrove Tuesday - Pancake day - what's your favourite - I'm traditional and like lemon and sugar.
A chance to come and have your say, why not stay for a tea / coffee, biscuit and chat - or just some time to sit quietly, open from 9am until 11am - Wednesday 26th February, don't forget to come and collect a car park permit from us when you arrive.
Need some help / support?
Citizens Advice (CAB) will be at St Augustine's, Rock Avenue, Gillingham on Wednesday 19th February from 10am until 11.30am to advise with any housing issues, pop along if you need to, but also come and have a cuppa and biscuit or two., don't forget to come into church and collect your car park permit when you arrive. We also have craft activities for all ages with Medway Adult Education - all you need to provide is the enthusiasm!

Don't forget Medway Asthma Self Help group - MASH, will be at Place of Welcome on Wednesday - come along for free tea / coffee along with signposting to Asthma health support in Medway. A representative from Sateda (Domestic Abuse service) will also be with us, not to mention craft activities with Medway Adult Ed - looks like we are going to be busy!

Busy weaving this morning at Place of Welcome, after tea and cakes
Wednesday 5th - Place of Welcome pop in anytime between 9am and 11am, also with us will be: Autism café with Autism South East, Citizens Advice available to talk on Money Advice and Medway Adult Ed leading a free craft activity - free tea, coffee and cake. From 12noon we will be hosting the Mind Event dealing with Children and Adolescent Mental Health - refreshments available ... Limited parking available - pop into church to see us
