Nursery and Reception Parents!
We would like you to invite you to our EYFS Reading Parties, every Wednesday 2.50pm - 3.10pm in your child’s classroom. The parties are a chance for you to come into school and read with your child, with a teacher on hand for any questions or advice. Being able to read is vital to lifelong learning, we hope to see many of you there!

We are looking forward to welcome our new January starters to Nursery for their first "stay and play" today! We are sure they will have a wonderful time. Please note, our Nursery is now full, although we can still take applications for our waiting list. Don't miss out, apply today!

This might be useful for some of the more vulnerable members of our community. Please share.

Thank you to families who continue to support our reverse advent calendar. There's still time if you would like to donate any goods for the food bank.
If you are wanting to access the food bank, there are some changes to opening times over Christmas.
Please speak to school in confidence if you are needing a referral for emergency food supplies due to any type of financial hardship.

We couldn't be prouder of our Year 5 children taking part in today's historic march celebrating 100 years since some women achieved the right to vote, and the unveiling of the new statue of suffragette Emmeline Pankhurst in St Peter's Square. Well done to everyone who took part.

Don’t forget our fun event today, if you can bring £1 that would be brilliant!

Our Spring Menu looks lovely. We are looking forward to BBQ chilli beef, moroccan tagine, salmon and pea penne and rhubarb crumble amongst other tasty delights!

Back of the net! Thank you to our school council and everyone in our #schoolfamily for your tireless playground fundraising. Most recently our sponsored mile and penalty shoot-out has raised an amazing £528!
There's still time to send your donations if you haven't done so already, as this will help cover the cost of these fantastic multi goals we have now ordered for our playground.
You are all amazing, thank you.

Lots of dates for our #schoolfamily in the next two weeks. Don't miss our festive Carol Concert in church on the evening of Monday 17th!

This year as part of our Advent preparations, we are thinking about our service to the common good. With this in mind we are asking you all to support our Reverse Advent calendar appeal. Over the next two weeks we hope to collect as many items as possible that we can and at the end of the term, donate them to the community food bank.
