The Opp Shop welcome donations of clothes, bric a brac, household goods (nothing electrical). This year is the 300th anniversary of four of the bells in our church tower. To celebrate the bells and to remember generations of ringers West Kirby Museum (in the Church Centre) is currently staging a special display. If you get a chance it is worth a visit. The Museum is open every Saturday, 10am to 1pm. If you'd like to know more, Elizabeth Davey is giving a talk about St Bridget’s Bells on Friday 31st May in St Bridget’s Centre, 7pm for 7.30pm start. Admission £3, raffle and refreshments. Proceeds from the evening will go to the St Bridget’s lighting Appeal.

Our parish supports Eco-Congregation, an ecumenical programme which helps churches make the link between environmental issues and Christian faith, and to respond in practical action. In 2005 St Bridget’s became the first church in Chester Diocese to be awarded an Eco Church Award. Many congratulations to everyone at Caldy Church on gaining their Bronze Eco Church Award. To celebrate members of the Church family at Caldy have made this fantastic collage
