About St. Catharine'S Under 5S
A warm and friendly pre-school and playgroup based in Gloucester
St. Catharine'S Under 5S Description
St. Catharine's Under 5's is a thriving stay-and-play, playgroup and preschool which has been running for over 40 years.
We are situated on London road behind St. Catharine's church, in close distance of Kingsholm, Elmbridge, Longlevens, Barnwood and Tredworth areas.
We are run by a warm and enthusiastic team of fully-qualified staff and voluntary committee of parents and carers, we are a member of PATA (Playgroup and Toddlers Association) and Ofsted registered.
We provide a fun and educational environment which follows the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum for all children aged from birth to preschool.
We are also a registered charity and we self-finance by holding fundraising schemes and events throughout the year.
We run monday to friday, which includes a stay and play session on a thursday and a preschool session on a tuesday.

my little boy loves it and I feel safe in the knowledge that he is in a safe and positive environment and the people there are amazing bunch.
My son loved his time at St Catharine's and still talks about it now he's started school.
My little man loves going to St Catherine's playgroup. Such lovely staff full of inspiration and fun for the children.
My daughter adores going to St Caths and is adding in a preschool day in September. She has come so far thanks to the consistent encouragement and support of the whole team. She has so much confidence and talks about everything that has happened at her great day at "school" . We couldn't recommend it more, thank you St Caths for everything, Ethan will be joining next �
