Great place to stay very clean and plenty of space.
The owners are always working to improve the site
Showers could perhaps do with an upgrade
Look dated

A nice site with a few, very scruffy, looking permanent caravans. We thought we had paid for an adult only site, but annoyingly, staying in a permanent caravan opposite us was a child, there for the whole weekend and guess what? She had a big bouncy ball which she liked to bounce on and off for most of the time she was playing out. If she wasn't bouncing the bouncy ball, she was playing tennis with the guy from the caravan next door to her dads ,with a hard ball, using the hump in the road as a "net" . All this was happening the whole weekend right in front of us.Now I do like children, it's just that I have had some serious health issues and wanted a nice peaceful weekend, which was spoilt by this child, who wasn't doing wrong, she was just doing it in the wrong place. I am not confrontational, especially as I have heart failure, but we will not be returning to this site as we did see other children further along from us. I think if it says adult only then it should be adult only. It is not a cheap site, plus it doesn't offer wi-fi like other sites do.

Beautifully peaceful surroundings, nice staff and facilities, and really good access to Leeds city, airport, Leeds Trinity University, and for Yorkshire tourist attractions generally. Will visit again in spring, just for the bluebells! English ones I'm told too!

Recently stayed here for 2 nights on our way to North Yorkshire. First impressions in Reception, the owner seemed very distant. No eye contact or pleasantries exchanged. We were shown to our "pitch"....when we asked where exactly to park, as nothing was laid out, just told to park up on the grass.
Caravans were parked at all different angles. Nothing uniform at all.
Pleasant site but didn`t particularly like the willy-nilly layout for tourers.
Toilets did not flush properly!
One the evening we thought the circus had arrived. Very large trailer with a small trailer carrying a car turned up.
Also a large motor home with 3 huge Rottweilers and 1 Bull Mastiff in a cage!
We couldn`t wait to leave here.

I am going here again this year this will be my 3rd or 4th time staying here I love it here very helpful owners
I would give them 10 out of 10 for customer support and being very helpful to me as a disabled person.
