well what can I say? this panto was THE best one I have ever seen...I was on front row with my 4 grandkids and rest of the family....they certainly did think of everything from start to finish....Muddles was so so funny...the 3D what a fantastic experience that was 10 out of 10 the whole experience was amazing...

User

Year after year we come to see the panto and we are never disappointed. Something for everyone. Always amazing and we all come away ready for Christmas. Everything you do stage wise is far better than anything you’d pay extortionate prices for in the city, you put them to shame, keep up the amazing work. Well done once again

User

Wow, we have just got back from watching Snow White and it was brilliant. The icing on the cake was when the Mirror aka Johnny Vegas made an appearance, what a star he had us in hysterics from the minute he entered the theatre until the panto finished Well done to all involved you were amazing!!!!!

User

Wow!! We came with family and friends to watch this show which we absolutely loved from beginning to end. Everyone was fantastic in what they did, the 3D section, the golden tickets, the interaction with the audience all were just outstanding. 1 person had us all crying with laughter Muddles we love you.

User

Wow wow wow, the best Panto I have ever seen!! What can I say, amazing afternoon at the Theatre Royal today to see Snow White. Our first family outing to a pantomime and we will most definitely be back next year. All 7 of us laughed so much, everyone was outstanding and hats off also to the backstage team who also must have worked so so hard! Lucy Jo Hudson our girls loved having their picture with you, and danced all the way through

From a very happy Monks family.. thank you... see you for the next one

User

Wow wow wow well i never thought they could ever beat the previous years performance but it is beyond a doubt the BEST yet. I haven't laughed so much in a long time Muddles was a big hit (please bring him back). The 3D part was amazing i never thought it could be possible. Really can not wait to see how you top it next year. Well done to everyone involved.

User

What a brilliant evening!

We went to see the Beauty and the Beast pantomime and what a show it was!

French Frank was outstanding.

A must see pantomime this half term.

Congratulations to a fantastic cast and team!

User

Watched beauty and the beast it was brilliant

User

Took our disabled Father to watch the Johnny Cash Roadshow. The seat we had chosen had a restricted view and we had not been advised of this when booking. We brought this to the attention of the Manager who immediately apologised and arranged a better seat for the second half and a complimentary drink in the interval, which was much appreciated. Excellent service and an excellent show. Thank you to all the ushers and volunteers too

User

My son brought my grandaughter to watch beauty and the beast sat she got a golden ticket and came up on stage shes was absolutely made up x

User

My little boy has asd and was terrified of pantos. I messaged the theatre and they allowed him to look around on Friday. He went to the panto today and loved it. Great show but also great customer service. Taking the time out to spend time with Harry made all the difference. Thanks Ann and all the team xx

User

User

Huge congratulations to all involved in this year's panto - it was an absolute delight from start to finish. Having heard so much about it I was wondering how it would top last year's show which I thought was outstanding but having watched today's show I have to agree it's even better. The 3d scenes are thrilling, the end of act1 is magical..costumes are dazzling and the characters are so well cast. Well done to cast and crew and scriptwriters!

User

Came to watch the 10am Snow White showing on Christmas Eve. Haven't been to a pantomime since I was little and now wanted my 5 year old to experience one. We absolutely loved it. So funny. Muddles was highly amusing my daughter loved him. And the 3D part was so different but hilarious. If every panto each year is as good as this then we will definitely be back. Amazing.

User

Came to see the wrestling night lovely staff clean venue reasonable prices for drinks merchandise was reasonable too and kids loved going on the stage to meet the wrestlers and get signed pictures and have their photos taken

User

Brought my little girl today to watch st helens got talent and she sufferes with low blood sugars and got to hot and tired and needed a drink to pick her up and the staff could not have been more helpful the bar was closed so they went out there way to find her something and would not take money for it can not thank you rough for that grate service xx

User

Absolutely loved the panto last night. Very very funny and lucy jo hudson was the best actress we've ever seen on that stage and we've been going for years. My kids loved it and said it was the best panto ever!

User

A venue that consistently year after year delivers pantomimes of the highest standard in the north and beyond! A lovely friendly theatre with a warm and inviting feel the minute you walk in. By far my favourite theatre to visit and huge congratulations on Snow White, another triumph and here's to 2018 which I imagine is going to be another show stopping year! Well done team.

User

We went to watch Cinderella today. The show was really good, however I was disappointed with the programmes, there saying you can win a golden ticket to go on stage which our son is always asking to go on stage which am sure alot of children would like this chance. We purchased one like we do every time but was not lucky enough to win. However I saw one of your staff going through the programmes for a member of the public and sorting out a golden ticket which i find not fair at all and then to hear we know what to do we do it all time off the member of public. Not sure this is the way it should be done!
